Systems to contact Netflix
As I told you at the beginning of the article, you can contact Netflix either through phone that through chat, depending on what your personal preferences are.
To find out how it proceeds in one case or another, follow the instructions on what to do below.
You want to find out how to get in touch with Netflix via phone? Then all you have to do is grab the handset, dial the number 800 797 634 on the keypad and press the button to initiate the call (in the case of cordless and mobile phones only).
When the call has started, listen to the instructions of the recorded voice and wait for an operator to answer you. The timing varies according to the degree of "crowding" of customer service. Once in contact with an operator, tell him what are the difficulties you are experiencing and you will see that you will finally be able to get the help you need.
The telephone support in city of the Netflix customer service is active every day from 10.00 to 22.00, while the assistance in English is available 24 hours a day (every day). As far as costs are concerned, the tariff of the call essentially depends on the active plan on the reference user.
And if you want to receive support specifically regarding your Netflix account, I recommend that you keep the code to 6 digits that has been assigned to you by the service and that can allow the operator who will answer you to help you more quickly, identifying "on the fly" not only your profile but also any problems.
To find the code in question from a computer, connected to the Netflix website, log in to your account, click on the arrow next toavatar in alto a destra and selects the voice Account from the menu that opens. In the new Web page displayed, presses the button Service code which is at the bottom left and the code will be immediately shown to you.
From mobile, however, you can find the code by starting the Netflix app for Android and iOS, logging into your account, pressing the button Other (I cheer with him three lines horizontally) which is at the bottom right, by selecting the item Account from the new screen displayed and pressing the button Service code at the bottom of the web page that will open.
Finally, I would like to point out that always by acting through the Netflix app for mobile devices, it is possible to forward a call to customer service via VoIP, without having to use your telephone plan but rather the Internet connection. To do this, press the icon Other (Quella with him three lines horizontally) found at the bottom right of the application screen, select Help and then the key Call.
You prefer to get in touch with Netflix via chat? So the first move you need to make is to open the Web browser that you generally use to surf the net from your computer or mobile device (eg. Chrome) and go to the page dedicated toassistance of service.
You can reach this section even after logging into your Netflix account. To do this from your computer (or rather from your browser), click on arrow next to yours avatar at the top right and select Service center from the menu that opens. Through the mobile device app, on the other hand, presses the button Other (I cheer with him three lines horizontally) at the bottom right, tap on Help and subsequently on Service center.
Then, select the item Start a chat that you find below and then the link Describe the problem. Then type in the text field displayed the description of the problem you are experiencing and press on Send.
If prompted, specify whether you are a Netflix subscriber or not and if so, log in to your account. Then wait for the chat window to open (on computer it will appear at the bottom right while on smartphones and tablets a new browser tab will open).
In a few moments a Netflix operator will answer you and you can communicate to him what your difficulties are, typing them in the appropriate text field and pressing the button Send. To end the chat session instead, press the button Fine chat which is located at the top right.
Those that I have indicated to you in the previous lines are the solutions that Netflix has currently made available to users to get in direct contact with its customer service. However, they are not the only means you have on your side to get support.
You can in fact rely on the service center and to the power of social networks. In that case, no direct support is provided, this must be said, but they can still prove to be useful solutions. Seeing is believing!
Visit the Help Center
As I told you a few lines above, instead of contacting Netflix directly as seen together in the previous steps, you can try to cope with your difficulties by visiting the service center made available by the video streaming giant. You can find numerous questions with prompt answers as well as a series of quick links to quickly submit your requests
To use it, open the browser you usually use to surf the net from your computer or from mobile (eg. Chrome) and visit the web page dedicated to the assistance center, in fact.

Now take a look at the various sections containing the questions with ready answers that are in the central part of the page (eg. About Netflix, Manage accounts etc.) and select the question of your interest (eg. What is Netflix?, Why Netflix Doesn't Work? etc.). On the page that will subsequently open you will find various detailed information about it.
On the right side of the main page of the help center there is then the section Quick links. Through the latter you can select items that allow you to quickly perform specific operations without having to interface with an operator. In this way, for example, you can request the inclusion of certain films and TV series, you can update the payment method and so on.
If you can't find what you need on the main page of the help center, use the search field at the top to search for the topics of your interest by typing the keywords within it. reference and selecting the relevant suggestion from the list you see appearing.
Take advantage of Twitter
Netflix has an official city language account on Twitter through which it regularly updates its users on news relating to the operation of the service, films and TV series available and upcoming. You can therefore use it to find useful information for you but also to try to get in touch with Netflix or with other users like you.
So, go to the official Netflix city account and take a look at the various tweets published and those answered to try to understand if there can be something useful for your difficulties.
If you want, you can also write a message by addressing it to @NetflixIT (the official Netflix Twitter account, in fact). The answer, however, is not guaranteed or in any case, depending on the request made, you may be invited to get in touch with the actual customer service, as I indicated in the previous steps.
As for the sending of messages privately, that is to say direct messages, at the moment the function is not available for the account in question.
Obviously keep in mind that in order to contact Netflix via Twitter you must have an account yourself and you must be logged in to it. Netflix è present anche su Facebook, with a page localized in city. As in the case of Twitter, the video streaming giant uses the latter to update its users about all the latest news. You can therefore exploit it in a way that is in some ways similar to what we saw together just now.
To do this, go to the official fanpage and take a look at the various posts published and the comments below. By doing so, you may find information that is relevant to you.
If you want, you can enter a comment to a post in your turn, by filling in the dedicated field below, or you can write a new post by typing your text in the appropriate box at the top of the page.
Even in this case, keep in mind that the response from Netflix is not guaranteed or in any case you may be invited to get in touch with the actual customer support, as I indicated in the previous lines. In any case, as they say, trying doesn't hurt.
