How to contact IO app support

All you need to do to contact IO app support is to start the app in question, access the section I help you and press the button to open a new report.

To proceed, take your smartphone or tablet, start the IO app by tapping its icon (the white “I” written on a blue background) present on the home screen or in the app drawer and press the button ?, top right.

If the problem is related to one of the features available within the app, I recommend that you log in with your credentials so that you can also attach a screenshot or video of the problem encountered to your report.


In this case, tap on the option of your interest between Sign in with SPID, to log in with your digital identity, e Log in with CIE, if you want to log in with your electronic identity card, and follow the instructions shown on the screen to enter the IO app.

At this point, press the button ?, to access the section I help you, award-winning Write to the IO team and, in the new screen that appears, put the check mark next to the option Share your social security number, in order to make it easier to solve the problem to get an answer and solve the reported problem as quickly as possible.

Alternatively, you can also perform a screen recording of the device in real time and, if you wish, you can simultaneously explain the problem by voice. To do this, select the option Make a screen recording and, when you are ready, click on the icon video camera, to start recording, and the microphone, to record your voice as well. Finally, click on the icon red square to stop recording and attach the video to your message.


After describing in detail the problem encountered and adding any attachments, press the icon of thepaper airplane, at the top right, to send your report. As soon as the IO team replies to your message, you will receive an email at the above address.

At this point, start the IO app again, tap on the icon of speech bubble located at the top right, to access the section conversations, and press on signal of your interest, to view the message sent and the response obtained. If necessary, enter a new message in the field Write your message and press pulsating Send, to continue the conversation.


Finally, you should know that a report is automatically closed in case of inactivity for more than 14 days from when it was opened. In case your intention is to reopen a past report to obtain additional information or add further details, click on the button ?, top right, and choose the option Reopen report.

In the new screen that appears, tap the conversazione you want to reopen, enter your message in the field Write your message, award-winning + to add any attachments and tap on the option Send, to send a new message and reopen an old report. Simple, right?
