If, on the other hand, you need to contact the SDA branch in your area, connect to the SDA website and click on the option Search for branches present at the bottom of the page. Then enter your city in the field Location, select the province using the drop-down menu next to the item Province, type il POSTAL CODE in the appropriate field and presses the button Start the search.
On the new page that opens, locate the relevant branch in your area and click on the city in the column Branch of competence to access the descriptive card of the latter. Unfortunately, no telephone contact is provided on the page in question, there is only the fax number for any written communications. You need to know that you can also find the branch in your area using the app SDAMobile for Android and iOS devices. Contact SDA online
SDA customers who need assistance on a shipment in progress, who want to open a complaint or who intend to request proof of delivery, can contact SDA online by filling out a specific contact form.

First, read the privacy policy by clicking on the item In order to proceed with the compilation of the form it is necessary to read the privacy policy and authorize the processing of personal data, then put the check mark next to the option I authorize the use of personal data.
Now, enter your details in the required fields Name and surname, Email, Waybill / Collection Code, Company name / Name and surname of the recipient, Destination address e Location, then put the check mark next to one of the options between Sender e Addresses present under the heading Your role. If you wish, you can provide further information by typing non-mandatory data in the fields Subject, Client code, Fax, Province e POSTAL CODE.
In order to send your report, please describe the goods shipped in the field Item description and report the problem or your request in the field Anomaly description, then click on the File upload to attach any files (maximum 10 MB), enter the control code displayed on the screen in the field Control code and click sul pulsating Send to send the report. You should receive a reply within 48 hours.
If you have contacted SDA for a complaint and you have not received any response or the response received is not satisfactory, you can contact the courier again to start a conciliation, the procedure for quickly resolving problems between SDA and its customers. To start the conciliation procedure, click on the item Online assistance present on the main page of the SDA site and, in the new open page, presses on the option Conciliation.
Now, read the conciliation regulations carefully, then click on the item Conciliation request form for SDA shipments to download the form in PDF format and press the option online form to access the online conciliation form. Then enter your data in the fields First name & Last name, Telephone, Email / PEC, Waybill, No complaint file, Data practice claim and, if you wish, indicate any Contract code number and yours Notes. Now, fill out the form in PDF format downloaded just now and press the button File upload to attach it to the conciliation, together with a front / back copy of your identity document.
