To access it, connect to the official website of the service and press onquestion mark icon present at the bottom right (or on the item FAQ's, at the bottom of the page), then briefly specify the information you want to obtain in the field Search and by Submit.
You will thus have access to the many informative articles of HYPE, which will almost certainly allow you to dispel your doubts and solve any problems. If this is not the case or if, in any case, you feel you need to contact the HYPE Customer Service, below you will find explained how to do it through chat, social networks, e-mail e WhatsApp (the latter option is only available to users HYPE Premium).
Contact HYPE via chat
If you wish contact HYPE via chat, it will be useful to know that you can do this by connecting to the HYPE website, by clicking onquestion mark icon present at the bottom right (or on the item FAQ's, at the bottom of the page) and then clicking on the button Contact us located at the bottom of the further page that opens. It will open like this HYPEBot: the HYPE bot able to respond instantly to all the most common doubts encountered by users.
All you have to do, therefore, is to type the topic for which you need help (e.g. go to HYPE Next) in the text field that appeared on the screen and give Submit. Within a few moments, HYPEBot will answer you with the most relevant solution.
To speak to a live operator, instead, enter the command Operator and by Submit. Now enter i required data (name, surname, etc.) or, if you are already logged in to your account, check that the information reported is correct and start interacting with the human operator who will answer you.
To start the chat, enter your message in the field Message, then press the button Send and wait for an operator to contact you and answer your question. During the conversation, if you need to send an attachment, click on the icon clip and select the file of your interest to upload and send it.
At the end of the chat, you will also be able to rate the assistance obtained. The service is available from Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 20.00.
Contact HYPE by email
Contact HYPE by email it is another valid solution both for obtaining assistance and for requesting information.
All you have to do is log into your inbox, click on the button to create a new message and enter the address hello@hype.com in the field dedicated to the recipient of the message. Then specify theobject of your email (eg How to withdraw with HYPE) in the appropriate field and enter yours message in the body of the email, also indicating yours name, your last name and possibly yours telephone number.

Contact HYPE through social networks
Another solution that you can consider to get in touch with HYPE is to rely on social networks. In fact, HYPE has both a page Facebook than a profile Twitter, through which it also provides assistance to its customers.
To contact HYPE via Facebook, start the app of the famous social network for Android or iOS, tap the icon of magnifying glass, write HYPE in the field Search and locate the official HYPE page in the search results.
Now, tap on the icon speech bubble to start Messenger, the Facebook application for sending messages. Then enter yours message in the text field located at the bottom and press the button Submit, to send it.
If you prefer to proceed from a computer, log into your Facebook account, connect to the official HYPE page and click on the button Send a message. Then enter your request in the field Type a message present in the lower right window and press the key Submit keypad to send your request.
HYPE is also present on Twitter and allows both to send requests and to obtain assistance. It will be useful to know that the procedure is almost identical both using the Twitter app for Android and iOS devices and proceeding from a computer.
All you have to do, after starting the app of the famous social network or connecting to your account through the browser you usually use to surf the Internet, is to connect to the official HYPE profile and press the button to send a new Tweet.
Then enter your request for assistance in the appropriate field (do not enter your account details as the message will be public), press the button Tweet to send a public message and wait for the response from the HYPE staff, who will then invite you to continue the conversation in private.
Contact HYPE via WhatsApp
In addition to the communication channels mentioned above, it is also possible to get in touch with HYPE operators through WhatsApp. To do this, however, it is necessary to activate the plan HYPE Premium.
