To use it, go to the main page of Privalia and, if you have not already done so, log in to your account: to do so, click on the item Log in (top right), fill in the fields Email e Password with your credentials and click on the button Log in (Or Sign in with Facebook, if you have registered with your Facebook account).
Next, click on thelittle man posto in alto a destra and selects the voice Help in the menu that opened. On the next page, click on one of the link corresponding to the problem you want to solve (eg. What if I need clarification on a Featured campaign?, I have a return in progress but something unexpected has arisen. What I do?, Etc.).
