Create an account on Candy Crush Saga
If you do not want to lose your progress in Candy Crush Saga, the first thing you have to do is to create an account in this game, through the procedures that I will indicate in the next chapters. This will not serve you to recover your progress if in the past you had not already created an account, but, in any case, it will allow you to repeat the occurrence of situations like the one you are in now, with all the game progress lost.
Register a King account
From any platform on which you play Candy Crush Saga, you will be prompted to create a King account to save all your progress, so you can resume the last level you were playing.
If you use the app for Android, iOS or Windows 10, on the main screen of Candy Crush Saga, press the gear icon and then select the one with a little man with a crown on his head. In the section you are referring to, select one of the avatars you are shown and type a nickname in the text field. Then press the Save button and enter an e-mail address to retrieve your data, in the appropriate box.
After typing the e-mail address, press the Save button and then, in the Choose password field, enter a password of at least four characters of your imagination, and confirm with the Finish button. Now, select the Back to Game item to complete the process, and you will have created a King account, where all your game data will be synchronized for future retrieval.
Candy Crush Saga can also be used through a web browser, thanks to Facebook Gameroom or the official website of the game. While on Facebook you have no problem with data recovery, since you are forced to log in with your Facebook account, on the official Candy Crush website you can play as Guest, saving your progress in the current browser session.
If you close your browser or clear its cache, you will lose your data. To recover it, in case you want to play on other platforms, you will have to create a King account. To do this, just access the link I have provided and, in the left panel, enter your email address and a password of your imagination in the appropriate text fields. When you're done, hit the Save button to complete the registration process. Simple, isn't it?
Log in with Facebook
Candy Crush Saga also allows you to synchronize the progress of the game with Facebook. To take advantage of this alternative to what I told you in the previous chapter, on the main screen of the Candy Crush Saga app for Android, iOS or Windows 10, press the gear icon and then choose the Facebook button. You can also press the"Save Your Progress" button (or you 've already played iOS) on the main screen to do the same.
Once this is done, you will be shown a page through which you will have to log in to Facebook: type your login details and press the Continue button as [your name]. Wait for the upload to complete the process of synchronizing the game data through Facebook, and you're done.
Recover Candy Crush Saga levels
Now that you have created a King account or synced your game data with your Facebook profile, it's time to start the Candy Crush Saga level recovery process in case you need to reinstall the app or play on different platforms.
Download Candy Crush Saga
If you want to play Candy Crush Saga through the official website, you just need to have a browser with Flash Player support and activate the plugin in question. For all other platforms, instead, you will need to install the dedicated app, which I'll tell you about in the next paragraphs.
In case you want to play on Android, open this link directly with your smartphone or tablet and, in the Candy Crush Saga tab of the Play Store, press the Install button. This will start downloading the files needed to install the application. When finished, tap Open to start playing the game immediately, or tap its icon on your device's home screen.
However, from the iPhone and iPad, tapping this link will launch the iOS App Store directly in the Candy Crush Saga tab. All you have to do now is tap the Get button and unlock the app download and install using your Face ID, Touch ID or iCloud account password. When you're done, tap the Open button to launch Candy Crush Saga, or use its icon on the home screen.
If, on the other hand, you want to play Candy Crush Saga on a Windows 10 PC, it is very easy to do so: access this link to access the Microsoft Store with your browser, then press the Install/Play button and click Open Microsoft Store in the box at the top.
It will open the Microsoft Windows Store in the Candy Crush Saga tab. Now all you have to do is press the"Get" button and wait for the application download and installation process to finish.
Then press the Open button to launch the Candy Crush Saga application, or use its quick launch icon in the Start menu.
Log in with your King account
Now that you have followed the procedures described in the previous chapter, it's time to log in with your previously created King account so you can restore your game progress.
If you want to play Candy Crush Saga again via the Android, iOS or Windows 10 app, all you have to do is launch the app and tap the gear icon on the main game screen.
Once this is done, select the icon with the little man with a crown on his head and press the login button in the new section where you are redirected. Then enter theemail address of your King account in the text box and press the Continue button.
Now, enter the password associated with your account in the appropriate field and press the Login button. Then press the Back to Game button to start playing Candy Crush Saga with your previously saved progress.
If you want to play on the Candy Crush Saga web platform, go to the link I provided and click on the Login box on the left. On the new screen you see, type in your King accountemail and password and click the Sign In button to log in.
If you don't see your progress restored, reload the page using the F5 button or the reload icon in the top bar of the browser you are using.
Log in via Facebook
If you have synchronized your Candy Crush data with your Facebook profile, you will need to use your Facebook profile to restore your game progress in the Android, iOS or Windows 10 apps or in Facebook Gameroom.
In the latter case, go to the Facebook website and log in with your data. Once you have done so, access this link to access the Candy Crush Saga app in the Gameroom. The game will automatically synchronize your data with your Facebook profile and you will be ready to play.
In Candy Crush mobile and Windows 10 apps, syncing progress requires a few more steps, but nothing difficult. First, press the gear icon and then choose the Facebook button on the main game screen. Alternatively, press the save your progress button (or you've already played on iOS) in the center of the main screen.
At this point, log in to Facebook, if you have never logged in to this social network on your device, and press the Continue button as [your name]. If you are already logged in, simply wait for the data to be synchronized. An on-screen message will confirm that you are logged in with your social profile and you will be ready to play Candy Crush Saga from the last level you have completed.
In case of problems
If you have access problems in Candy Crush Saga, you can proceed in two different ways: if you do not remember your password, you can try to reset it or, if you have other problems, you can try to contact King Technical Support directly.
To reset your password, you can proceed either from the app or from the Candy Crush website. From the Android app, iOS or Windows 10, while logged in with your King account, which I told you about in detail in this chapter of the guide, when you type your password, press the Forgot Password button to automatically send an email to your email account.
However, from the web, while logged in Candy Crush (which I told you about in this chapter of the tutorial), presses the Retrieve Password button and enter the email of your King account. Then click on Send Email to receive instructions to recover the password in your inbox.
For all other issues related to Candy Crush Saga, including those related to access and data synchronization, you can contact King technical support, using the form on the official website: all you have to do is select the language and indicate the email address of your account and your first and last name.
Next, select the Candy Crush Saga game from the drop-down menu and then choose the platform on which you want to receive assistance (Facebook, Mobile or King.com). Then, all you have to do is select the type of problem you are experiencing, such as Problems with my game > Access problems, and briefly explain the problem you encountered, using the text box provided. Finally, go through the Security Control and click the Submit button to send your support request.
HOW DO I RESTART CANDY CRUSH ON FACEBOOK?
Tap the Candy Crush application on the home screen. Connect to Facebook. On the Candy Crush home screen, tap "Connect!" ". You should be able to resume your game now.
