If you want, you can also activate automatic SMS alerts to know the credit status after each call. The service in question is called Info SMS and you can activate it for free by sending a message to 40916 writing INFOSMS ON.

In case of second thoughts, to deactivate SMS Info, send a message to 40916 writing INFOSMS OFF.

By now almost all of us have a smartphone: why not take advantage of it to install the official TIM app and always keep our telephone consumption under control? Thanks to the application MyTIM you can find out at any time how much your remaining credit is, how many minutes you have used since the last renewal and how many Internet "Giga" you still have available. Furthermore, you can have a complete overview of TIM's offers, you can recharge your SIM and you can quickly contact the operator's assistance service.


To install MyTIM on your smartphone, open the Google Play Store (if you are using an Android terminal) or the App Store (if you are using an iPhone), and type MyTIM in the search bar. Then select the application icon (the TIM logo in red on a blue background) and press the button Installa / Ottieni to start the download. If you are using an iOS terminal, you may be asked to verify your identity with Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password to complete the operation.


Once the download and installation are complete (everything happens automatically), start MyTIM from the main screen of your smartphone, press the button NEXT, follow (or skip) the initial tutorial, accepts the conditions of use of the app by pressing the appropriate button and log in with your TIM account data.

If you don't have a TIM account yet, click on the button Subscribe, fill out the form that is proposed to you with the address e-mail and Password you want to use to access TIM's online services, click on NEXT, provide yours telephone number, press again NEXT and complete the registration by following the instructions on the screen (it involves entering a verification code that is sent via SMS).

Once logged into the MyTIM app, you will find information on your remaining credit (and the number of minutes, SMS and Giga left since the last renewal of the offer) in the screen that will be proposed to you.

If you don't have a TIM account yet, click on the button Subscribe located at the bottom of the box to log in and fill out the form that is proposed to you with theemail address and Password to be used to access TIM's online services.


Then move the to the right lever located at the bottom of the page, click on the button NEXT, provide yours telephone number, check the option I declare that I am the owner of the number entered, awarded his NEXT and complete the procedure for creating your account by typing the verification code that you will receive via SMS and following the instructions on the screen.

When the operation is completed, go back to the TIM.it home page, click on the button MyTIM located at the top right, log in and select the tab MyTIM Mobile: you will find the data relating to the remaining credit at the top of the page that will open.
