From ForDataRecovery, we want to explain how to recover your Clash Royale account. In this Supercell Video Game, where it focuses on Magic and Card game, if you can not enter your account you have a problem. Here we leave you the steps to follow, depending on whether you log in from Android, PC...
After hearing so much from your friends and want to try a new game on your cell phone, you've read my article on how to download Clash Royale and install the famous Supercell home title on your device. However, if you are here now and you are reading these lines it seems obvious to me that for one reason or another (for example, because you have recently changed your smartphone or you have disconnected from your Google or Apple account), you can no longer access your Clash Royale account and you would like to see if there is any way to fix it.
Am I wrong? No, here. Well, lucky for you then I can help you. If you give me a few minutes of your precious free time, I can explain, in general, how to recover Clash Royale accounts, both Android and iOS. Assuming that Supercell has foreseen the occurrence of such a situation and you can do everything directly from the device with the game installed, the operations that need to be performed are not at all complicated, although at this point you might think otherwise. So you don't have to be a geek to do it, and you don't even have to waste a lot of time and energy.
All that's left for you to do is grab your device, get comfortable and follow the instructions below. You'll see, everything will work out in the end and you'll finally be able to play again and recover all your progress as you left it before the "misdeed". Happy reading and good luck!
Recover Clash Royale Accounts on Android
Want to recover your Clash Royale account and have an Android device? Then what you need to do is make sure that you have added the correct Google account to your device.
To be sure, go to the Android screen where all the apps are grouped, tap on the Settings icon (the one with the cogwheel) in the General tab and tap on Account.
Then tap on Google and make sure that the account you've always used is the one you've always used to play Clash Royal. If it is not, tap the indicated email address, tap the [...] button in the upper right corner and choose the appropriate item to log out of the account.
Then tap the device with the correct Google account again by tapping the Add Account item in the Account section above, selecting the Google icon and typing in your email address and associated password.
Note: Keeping in mind that there are different versions of Android in circulation and that smartphone manufacturers often apply customizations to the operating system and that I do not know exactly the brand, model and version of the operating system you use, the directions I just gave you may be slightly different for your device. In other words, the menus you can access and the steps to follow are always the same, but the items may differ slightly.
Once you have completed all the above steps, the only thing left to do is to start Clash Royale by tapping the Clash Royale icon on the screen where all applications are located, wait for the game to load and respond affirmatively to the message that appears asking if you want to use your account to play and recover all your progress.
If the alert does not appear, click on the gear icon at the top right, click on the red button Disconnected under Google Play Access in the window that opened and select your Play Games account from the menu that appears. If you don't see the startup this way either, the account you entered in your Android settings is obviously not the correct one.
If you can not access your Google account and you can not even recover your Clash Royale account because you forgot your email address or password, I suggest you read my article on how to recover your Google account and I have discussed in detail.
Recover Clash Royale account in iOS
If you use an iOS device and want to know how to recover your Clash Royale account, all you have to do is log in to Game Center with the same Apple account you used when you started playing .
To do this, go to the iOS home screen, press the Settings icon (the one with the cogwheel ), scroll down the screen until you find the Game Center item and tap on it.
Now, if you are not signed in with any account, type your Apple ID in the empty pro field, the password associated with it in the second field, and then tap on the Sign in item at the top right.
If you are logged in to the Game Center with an account other than your own or with which you started playing, click the link Use a different Apple ID for the Game Center at the bottom of the page, select the option No first name Last name in response to the question that appears on the screen, which asks you to set the Game Center as the current user, and then provide the details of the Apple account you want to use and click Sign In.
In both cases, if the Apple ID you are trying to access is also enabled for two-factor authentication or two-step verification, you will also have to accept the operation and/or type the code that will be provided separately, via SMS or as a warning on authorized devices.
Next, make sure that the Game Center item stick at the top of the Game Center settings screen is turned on (and if not, turn it on).
Once you have performed the above steps, all you have to do is start Clash Royale by tapping the Clash Royale icon on the home screen, wait a few moments for the game to load and respond affirmatively to the message that appears asking if you want to use your Game Center account to play and retrieve all your progress. If the warning does not appear, the account you have entered in the settings of your iOS is obviously not the correct one.
If you see that an additional window appears asking you to log in to Game Center from the game, type the email address and associated password and wait a few moments to perform the steps I just indicated.
If you can not access your Apple/Game Center account and you can not recover your Clash Royale account because you forgot your email address or password, I suggest you read my tutorial on how to recover your Apple ID and I have provided you with all the information you need to deal with this situation.
In case of additional problems
Could it be that, having followed the instructions I gave you in the previous lines, you still have not been able to recover your Clash Royale account? I'm sorry but... you don't have to give up yet! There is one more last attempt you can make to deal with the situation: contact Supercell. Are you asking me how? I'll tell you how.
To get started, regardless of whether you're using an Android or iOS device, go to the screen where all the apps are grouped and tap the icon to launch the game. Create a new game account or log in to your current account (you only need it to contact the developers, not to play the game!) and then press the gear button at the top right of the main game screen and select the Help & Support item at the bottom of the new window that opens.
Now, in the help section, select the "I lost my account" question. How can I recover it?" and click on the No button at the bottom next to the question, then click on. Contact us at.
At this point, all you have to do is fill out the form that is proposed to you by typing in the space dedicated to text entry the reasons that ask you to contact Supercell (so you can not recover your Clash Royale account), the full username (or player tag, if possible) and possibly also the name of the clan of the lost account, the exact level of XP always related to the lost account and the reason why the account would have been lost.
If you also remember other information, such as the cards you owned, the number of gems and trophies, I suggest you also include this information in your message to further facilitate the Supercell search process.
Next, type your name (if necessary) in the Your Name field, your email address in the Email field (optional) and press the button with the paper airplane (on Android) or Submit (on iOS) in the upper right corner to forward your request to the developers.
In a few days you will receive a response from the Clash Royale team that will provide you with the necessary information to log back into your account if possible (depending on whether you have provided the required information correctly and any problems that may arise).
