Contact EOLO by phone

THEhelpline is among the first solutions you can consider for contact EOLO. This option is available free of charge for both customers of the telephone operator who need information or assistance and for those who need commercial information.

If you are not yet an EOLO customer, pick up your phone, dial the toll-free number 800.966.030 (alternatively you can also call the number 02.3700851) and start the call. After hearing the welcome message, press the key 1 and wait online to speak with a consultant, receive information on offers and, if necessary, proceed with activation. For calls from abroad, you can dial the number prefix 02.3700858.



If, on the other hand, you are already an EOLO customer, the number you need to dial is one 02.3700851 (active from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00 and on Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 18:00). After starting the call, having heard the welcome message and then the information relating to the privacy policy, press the key 2 and then the key 1 on your phone, for administrative assistance, or the key 2, to receive technical assistance.

Now, regardless of the choice made previously, press the combination of keys suggested by the recorded voice to speak to an employee, which (at least at the time of writing this guide) varies according to the type of assistance requested: press, then , the button 1 to speak to a consultant and obtain general information on EOLO, the button 2 for questions and assistance on EOLO's ADSL or the button 3 to get in touch with an EOLO operator for reasons other than those listed above.



Finally, if you need to send documents to EOLO by fax, it will be useful to know that the number to use is 02.37008570.

Be called by EOLO

If you are not yet an EOLO customer and would like to be contacted by the operator to find out more about the offers available and obtain support in activating the plan of your interest, you can provide your telephone number and receive a call from an EOLO operator.

To proceed, connected to the EOLO website, click on the option Need help? present at the bottom right, click on the button I am not a customer yet e choose l'opzione We call you. On the newly opened page, enter the required data in the fields Phone Number e Name and surname, put the check mark necessary to accept the privacy policy and press the button Send.

The message "Thank you. You will be contacted by one of our operators as soon as possible”Will confirm the request and, within a few minutes, you will be contacted by an EOLO operator, to whom you can ask all the questions you wish. The service is completely free.

Contact EOLO via chat

Both EOLO customers and users who have not yet activated one of the operator's offers can contact EOLO via chat, by connecting to the company's official website.

To get in touch with an EOLO operator via chat, connected to the official official website of the operator, click on the item Need help? present at the bottom right and choose one of the options available from I am not a customer yet e I am already a customer.


Now, click on the option Enter the chat and, if you are not an EOLO customer, wait for the connection with an operator of the city telephone company. Then enter your message in the field write here e premi sull'icon dell 'paper airplane, to send it and start communication.


If, on the other hand, you are already an EOLO customer, after selecting the options I am already a customer ed Enter the chat, enter the email address associated with your contract in the field Email e clicca sull'icon dell 'paper airplane, to start the chat with LEO, EOLO's virtual assistant.

Then press on the option of your interest between Administrative e Technology, depending on the type of assistance you intend to receive, then follow the instructions shown on the screen to try to solve the problem independently or obtain the information you are looking for.

If not, at the end of the chat with LEO, click on the option Operator to get in touch via chat with a live operator.

It will be useful to know that the chat service with the EOLO virtual assistant is also available by downloading the application myEOLO for Android and iOS devices.

After starting the app in question and logging into your personal area (by entering the required data in the fields Email or NGI Login e Password), select the voice Services present in the menu at the bottom and, in the new screen that appears, choose the option Chat.


Open a ticket on EOLO

If you are an EOLO customer and you want to receive online technical or administrative assistance, you can open a ticket by accessing your personal area or starting a chat with LEO, EOLO's virtual assistant.

All you have to do to proceed in this sense is to connect to the official EOLO website, click on the button Client area (top right), enter your login details in the fields E-mail address or NGI Login e Password and click on the button Log in.


In the new open page, then click on the item Quick e choose l'opzione Request support present under the heading Your support requests. Now, choose the option of your interest among Commercial assistance e Technical Support and indicate the subject of your request by selecting one of the available items (Payments, Invoice, Contract, Other etc.).

Finally, to open a new ticket, enter the required information in the fields Request subject e Description, award-winning Attach file, to add any files to the ticket, and click on the button Submit request, to send your request.

As mentioned above, you need to know you can open a new ticket also by starting a chat with LEO (EOLO's virtual assistant) following the instructions I gave you in the previous paragraphs dedicated to the procedure for contacting EOLO via chat. At the end of the chat with LEO, if you continue to encounter problems, choose the option Ticket to open a new ticket without accessing your personal area.

Regardless of the procedure for opening a ticket you have chosen, to view the list of your requests and the processing status, connected to the official EOLO website, access your personal area, click on the item Quick present in the main menu and choose the option View your requests. It will be useful to know that EOLO assistance is active from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00, on Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 18:00.

Contact EOLO through social networks

If you have a Facebook account or a Twitter account, you can contact EOLO through social networks. Also in this case, the assistance service is active from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00, while on Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 18:00.

To contact EOLO via Facebook, connected to the official EOLO page, click on the button Send a message (the icon of a lightning bolt inside a speech bubble, if you are using the Facebook app for Android and iPhone / iPad) to open Messenger, insertion il tuo message in the ready field and the pulsating prize Submit, to send it.

If you prefer to get in touch with EOLO using Twitter, connected to the official EOLO profile and press the button for send a new Tweet. Now, enter your request for assistance in the appropriate field (at this stage do not enter your personal data, as the message will be public) and press the button Tweet, to send the tweet. Wait, therefore, for EOLO's reply, which should invite you to continue the discussion via private messages.
