Call Vodafone from your mobile

If you want to call Vodafone directly from your Vodafone SIM or from that of an acquaintance who has the same operator as you, the first thing you need to do is hold your smartphone, start the dialer (the screen where you dial phone numbers), type the number 190 and start the call by pressing the appropriate button.

Once the call has started, you will be asked to choose between mobile and fixed / ADSL telephony. Then presses the button corresponding to the mobile phone (it should be the1), proceed by listening to the indications of the automatic service and press the button to request theassistance from a consultant (it should be 5).

At this point, press the button for obtaining again assistance from a consultant (should be the 5) and the game should be done. Please, try to respect the times of the automatic service and do not go in a hurry. Otherwise your commands may not be recognized correctly and you may find yourself having to repeat the procedure I just indicated to you several times.

At this point I should finally be able to speak to an operator. However, considering the fact that the numerical sequence I have just indicated is often subject to variations, I suggest that you listen carefully to what the recorded voice guide tells you, taking care to always choose the button relating to technical assistance.

Keep in mind that you can call Vodafone and speak to an operator every day but only and exclusively between 8:00 and 22:00. During the night time slot, the number 190 remains accessible only for the SIM blocking service by an operator, in case of theft or loss (accessible by pressing the phone after requesting mobile assistance).

Call Vodafone from abroad

If you are abroad and want to call Vodafone from a Vodafone SIM or from another operator's SIM, you can dial the number on the numeric keypad of your mobile phone area code 349 2000 190.

Once the phone call has started, follow the instructions of the voice guide, taking care to press the button corresponding to technical assistance. However, consider that when you call Vodafone from abroad, you will find yourself having to pay the cost of an international ropeway to the city.

Call Vodafone from home

If you need to call Vodafone from a landline, you must dial the number 190. The call is free from all Vodafone fixed network lines, while it costs the same as an urban call on the lines of other operators. If it is not possible to contact 190, you can call Vodafone using the number 800.100.195 (which is also accessible from mobile phones, from non-Vodafone lines).

Once the call has started, you will be asked to choose between three options: 1) the one for non-Vodafone customers who want information on available rates 2) that for Vodafone mobile network customers who need assistance 3) that for Vodafone fixed network customers who need assistance.

Then presses the button related to your situation (presumably the 2 or 3), type the Vodafone number for which you need assistance and choose whether to request the blocking a SIM as a result of the theft or loss of the mobile phone or to receive assistance from a Vodafone consultant. Usually, the two options are associated, respectively, to the keys 3 e 4 of the phone.

Keep in mind that the number sequence I have just indicated is often subject to variations. I therefore suggest that you listen carefully to what the recorded voice guide tells you, taking care to always choose the button relating to technical assistance.

Contact Vodafone via the Internet

If you find the telephone customer service a little too cumbersome and rather than call Vodafone you prefer to be called, you can contact Vodafone assistance via computer, smartphone or tablet using the company's social channels and requesting a contact.

Facebook

Su Facebook just send a private message to the official Vodafone IT page by clicking on the button Send Message which is located at the top right.

In the message you must specify in detail your Vodafone number, your name and the problems for which you want to receive help. The operator should get back to you within a few hours.

Twitter

If you prefer to use Twitter, you can quote the @VodafoneIT account at the beginning of a message and use the hashtag # tw190 to draw the attention of Vodafone assistance and wait for the operator to contact you to communicate privately, via direct message).

Do not enter personal information or your phone number in the message, which will be visible to everyone. Wait for the operator to contact you and add to your "followers" to continue the conversation in private, where there will not even be the annoying 280 character limit.

Vodafone online assistance staff usually answer from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 21.00 and on Saturdays from 10.00 to 18.00.
