How do I contact Amazon by phone

Are you looking for a way to contact Amazon by phone? I'm sorry to inform you that, unfortunately, there is no number to speak directly with an operator, at least not as regards the city division of Amazon.

All is not lost, however. Amazon in fact, through a wizard of its own Our Services, lets be contacted by phone in case of problems of various kinds. I warn you, however, that this mode is not active for all types of problems. You just have to follow the procedure to find out if Amazon allows you to receive telephone support.



First of all, then, connected to the Amazon main page, move the mouse cursor over the item Hello, Accounts and lists e premium pulsating Log in. Enter, then, Email address e Password of your account in the appropriate fields and, finally, click on the button again Log in, to log in.

Pray, select the voice My Account and, in the new page opened, click on the options Help e Contact us. At this point, on the page on which you have been redirected, you can select the tab relating to the type of service on which you want to receive assistance: An order placed, Fire Tablet, FireTV, Echo etc. devices, Digital Content: Kindle books, videos, music, etc. o Prime and more.

Once this is done, you will need to provide more information on the problem encountered by selecting the correct options in the space provided, under the heading Tell us more about your problem. After completing this small procedure, you will be provided with a report on the available contact methods. If the option is active, under the heading How would you like to contact us? pulsating award Telephone, check that the setting Country or region is set to city and type yours telephone number in the field below, then click on the button call me now.



Within a few minutes you will be contacted by Amazon, you will be able to verbally expose your question and receive an answer. For completeness of information, I would like to point out that the service is active seven days a week, from 06.00 to 00.00.

If you want to use your smartphone or tablet to get in touch with Amazon, you can do so using the app available for Android and iOS / iPadOS. To get started, open it and log into your account if you haven't already. Then tap on the ☰ icon, select the item Our Services from the menu that opens, scroll down the page that is proposed to you and press on the option Contact us.

Finally, press on the voice Call Customer Service, select the correct type of product or service on which you wish to receive assistance and proceed by specifying the subject of the request, until the procedure is completed. Once done, if the option allows, enter yours Country of residence, enter yours telephone number in the appropriate field and tap the button call me now, to request a call from Amazon.

How do I contact Amazon via chat

The procedure to happen to the cat of amazon it is almost identical to the one I indicated earlier, except for the last steps to follow. The main difference, in fact, concerns the button to press in the summary card of the contact methods. Now, however, I'll explain how to proceed.

There is, however, the possibility of using the chat service, in the same ways that I described above, through the browser of your phone or tablet. All you have to do is enable the display in desktop mode of the Amazon site from your mobile device.

To do this, if your device is Android and exploit Google Chrome, go to the main page of Amazon, click on the ⋮ icon (top right) and choose the item Desktop site from the menu that opens. If you use Safari means iPhone o iPadinstead, in the address bar, premium sull'icon Aa and select the item Request Desktop site from the menu that opens. Easier than expected, right?

If phone and chat are not available or if you do not want to use them, you can profit from the Amazon's email support service. Also in this case the procedure to follow is the same as that seen previously to get in touch with Amazon by telephone. Once you have selected the type of product and entered the additional information on the problem, under the heading How would you like to contact us?, click here E-mail.


On the new page you will find a summary of the information that will be included in the email, such as the order number or the type of product and the details relating to the problem. In the appropriate text field, however, you can enter additional information (using the suggestions already present) and one explanation of the problem. Once done, you just have to click on the button Send, to send your message. Within three working days you will be contacted by Amazon assistance via an email that will clarify your doubts.

To send an email to Amazon via Whatsappinstead, open the latter, tap on the ☰ icon, select the item Our Services from the menu that opens and then click on the option Contact us. At this point, fai tap sulla voce Contact Customer Service by emailselect l 'topic of your question and the type of problem among those proposed, until the completion of the wizard.

Once everything is finished, in the new screen opened, fill in the box under the heading Provide more information by entering the text of your email, then tap the button Send email to complete the operation. Pretty simple, right?

How do I contact Amazon on social networks

The question "How do I contact Amazon?" is it still whirling in your head because all the methods I described above have not been helpful to you?

Then I would like to inform you that another possibility is to contact Amazon through its social channels. Jeff Bezos' company, in fact, has a Twitter account and a Facebook account, used to provide customer support.

In case you want to use Twitter, you can take advantage of @AmazonHelp, Amazon's dedicated customer support account. Just click on the icon envelope and write a DM (i.e. a private message) in which you describe your problem. An operator will take care to answer you in a short time.

It was preferred Facebook, by connecting to the official Amazon page you can leave a comment under an already existing post and wait for a response from a person in charge (even if everything happens publicly, so it's better to use Twitter).

One last piece of advice I want to give you is to insert yours telephone number in your account data. By specifying it, in fact, the courier can call you before the delivery of a package to notify you of its arrival (at its discretion, this does not necessarily happen) or reschedule the delivery in case of your absence.

To do this, after logging into your Amazon account, click on the items Hello, Accounts and lists, or the icon of Menu if you use the app, select next My Account I awarded her Access and security settings.
