DAZN automatically selects the best video quality for your device through your Internet connection speed. With the latest optimizations of the platform, a fluid and clear vision is guaranteed on all compatible devices, provided, however, that you comply with the Network requirements: these are the Internet download speeds recommended for watching sporting events on DAZN.
- 2 Mbps: Internet download speed recommended for SD (standard definition) resolution. This speed is enough to watch sporting events on your mobile when you are away from home.
- 3,5 Mbps: Internet download speed recommended for HD (High Definition) resolution. This speed is great for watching sporting events on your mobile.
- 6,5 Mbps: Internet download speed recommended for HD resolution and high frequency images. If you watch sports on TV, this is the recommended minimum internet download speed.
- 8 Mbps: Internet download speed recommended for HD resolution, highest video quality and high frequency images.

DAZN's offer
DAZN's offer is extremely rich and varied. Includes the Serie A for a total of 10 matches per day (7 exclusively and 3 co-exclusive) and the BKT Series, all the Europa League and the best of the Conference League, LaLiga and the best of international football with the Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, MLS. DAZN prices
You can access all the contents of DAZN by paying 29,99 euro / month. The subscription does not include any restrictions and it is possible deactivate at any time at no cost. There are dedicated promotions for customers Sky, who will also be able to access the new satellite channel DAZN1.
I accepted payment methods are the following: credit card; debit card; prepaid card (including PostePay); PayPal account; iTunes account (on Apple devices); Google Play account (on Android devices) and Amazon in-app payment (on FireOS devices). How to see DAZN in the city
Now you should have a clear idea of what it is DAZN, how much it costs and what devices are compatible with it. I would say, therefore, to get to the heart of the matter and discover, together, how to access all the contents of the service: I assure you that it is really child's play!
Register at DAZN
The first step you need to take is create an account on DAZN using your computer, your smartphone, your tablet, your TV (if it is one of the Smart TVs supported by DAZN), or another of the devices that allow you to access DAZN from the TV, such as consoles for video games.

If you choose the card, enter the data in the form that is proposed to you and click on the button for activate your subscription; if you choose to pay with PayPal, click on the button Continue with PayPal and log into your account. If, on the other hand, you have a gift code to redeem, type it in the appropriate text field and press the button Apply but I will complete the operation.
Within seconds, a confirmation message will inform you that "_You are ready to explore DAZN and watch the best of sports from around the world_". Then click on the button Start watching and enjoy the show of your favorite sports (as I will explain in a bit in the appropriate chapter of this tutorial)!

It was preferred subscribe to DAZN from smartphone or tablet, download the official app of the service (which is available for Android, iOS and FireOS), start it and press the button Create an account. In the screen that opens, fill out the form that is proposed to you with name, last name, email address e Password (to be repeated in the next field), choose whether or not to allow theuse of data for marketing purposes by checking the appropriate box and pressing the button Continue to choose a payment method (on iOS it is possible to pay directly via iTunes account, while on Android it is possible to pay via Google Play) and complete the registration. No problem: download the official app of the service on your Smart TV, on your game console (eg PS4 or Xbox One) or on your Amazon Fire TV Stick or, again, on your Apple TV and start it. Then press the button Activate now and fill out the form that opens with all the required data.

The procedure to follow is practically identical to the one I showed you previously for the computer. If, on the other hand, you want more detailed information on how DAZN works on TV, read the appropriate chapter of this tutorial.
See DAZN on the computer
Once registration is complete, you are ready to enjoy the DAZN show! To proceed from your computer, open your favorite browser (eg Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer or Safari), connect to the DAZN main page and, if necessary, log in to your account.
You will find yourself in front of the main page of the service, with the live video of the most important event of the moment, the list of all the scheduled events and some on-demand content to watch as and when you want. The events are divided into categories: Now on DAZN with live matches; Do not miss with the most important events of the next few days; Serie A e Serie B with the main Serie A and Serie B matches broadcast on DAZN and related content (eg interviews with players and highlights); DAZN advises with some contents recommended by the site staff e Coming soon with a list of events scheduled for the following days.
Furthermore, at the bottom of the page, you can browse live events and on-demand content based on the sporting disciplines to which you belong: ** football **, baseball, MMA, darts, Boxing e motorsports. The same menu, with the list of sports visible on DAZN, is also available by clicking on the item SPORT which is located at the top left.
Also in the upper left there is also the voice Calendar which, if selected, allows you to access the DAZN calendar and discover all the events scheduled on the platform. By clicking on the menu Filter by sport (top right), on the other hand, you can filter the events based on the sport they belong to. There magnifying glass located at the top right, as easily understood, it allows you to search for an event based on the names of the teams involved (eg. Juventus o NAPLES), to the competition (ex. Serie A) or to the type di sport (es. football).
Once you have identified the content of your interest, click on its preview image and, based on the speed of your internet connection, this will automatically play in quality SD o HD.
The player controls are extremely intuitive: at the top left is the button which allows you to have detailed information about the event being played; in the center are the buttons play / pause e 30) / (30 that allow you to go forward or backward of 30 seconds in the playback, while at the bottom there are volume control bar time scroll bar and the button to activate or deactivate the vision a full screen.
Note that it is possible to use the time adjustment bar and the button 30 ) also for live content, in order to rewind the playback and review the highlights of an event (eg a goal action). Additionally, you can click on the video to pause a live event and then click ▶ ︎ to resume where you left off.
For football matches and other events that include highlights, it is possible to switch from viewing the entire event to viewing highlights only by clicking on the button Highlights / Entire event which is located at the bottom.
Finally, I point out that by clicking on the item MENU (top right), you can adjust the settings related to advice on what content to watch, manage the your account (then change your personal settings, deactivate your subscription and more), access the guide of DAZN e go out from your account. To return to the Home of DAZN, on the other hand, press on the appropriate item located at the top left.
See DAZN on smartphones and tablets
DAZN is also available as an application for Android, iOS and FireOS: this means that you can enjoy the matches of your favorite team and all other sporting events hosted by the platform even while you are away from home, or when your home TV is busy. from other people. In addition, thanks to the DAZN app, you can set reminders and receive alerts when your favorite sporting events are about to start.
To use the DAZN app, you must first install it on your smartphone or tablet. If you have not already done so, open the store of your device and proceed as usual: if you have a terminal Android, start the Play Store (the colored ▶ ︎ symbol found on the home screen or in the screen with the list of all the apps installed on the device), presses the Campo di Ricerca which is located above and seeks DAZN. Once you have found the app, tap on its icon, press the button Install And that's it.
If you use a iPhone or iPadinstead, open theApp Store (the “A” icon on a blue background located on the home screen), select the card Search located at the bottom right, search DAZN in the appropriate Campo di Ricerca and proceed to install the app by pressing the button Get placed next to its icon. You may need to verify your identity via Face ID, touch ID or entering the Password dell'ID Apple.
When installation is complete, start the DAZN app, tap on the item Log in and log in using your account details. If you don't have an account on DAZN yet, create one by pressing the button Create an account and following the instructions contained in the chapter of this tutorial dedicated to how to register with DAZN. Once logged in, you agree to receive the notifications from DAZN (in this way, you can be notified when an event of your interest is broadcast) and enjoy your favorite contents by selecting them from the home screen of the application.
To set up receiving notifications, open the program DAZN (by tapping on the appropriate tab at the bottom), identify an event of your interest, for example the match of your favorite team, and press the icon of the Wake-up calls placed next to the latter: by doing so, you will receive a notice about 10 minutes before the start of the event.
Another feature of the DAZN app that I recommend you learn more about is that relating to saving data: by tapping the ☰ button (which on Android is at the top left and on iOS at the bottom right) and going to Settings you can activate the functions Save data with 3G / 4G / LTE e Save data with Wi-Fi which allow, respectively, to reduce the data consumption of DAZN (and therefore give up some video quality) when connected to the cellular data network and / or to a Wi-Fi network.
For the rest, there is not much to say as the application interface is very similar to that of the desktop version of DAZN: pressing the magnifying glass you can find your favorite content by tapping on the tab Sport you can browse the contents available based on the various sports disciplines you belong to and so on.
See DAZN on TV
Watching the game on your home TV, perhaps together with relatives and friends, is a must for every fan, and DAZN allows you to do it in many different ways.
Smart TV app
If you own one Smart TV among those that support DAZN, you can download the official app of the service from the store integrated into the device and enjoy all the contents directly from the latter. If you need help downloading DAZN on Smart TV, check out my guide dedicated to this procedure.
chromecast
If your TV is not Smart or is not one of the Smart TVs supported by DAZN, you can resort to using chromecast, a "key" produced by Google that connects to the HDMI port of the TV and allows you to send various audio and video streams to the latter starting from a smartphone, tablet or computer.
To see DAZN on the TV via Chromecast, you need to install the official DAZN app on an Android or iOS device, start it, press the icon of the broadcast (the screen with the waves of Wi-Fi) located at the top right, select the name of yours chromecast from the menu that opens and then press on the content to be played on the TV (be it a live event or an on-demand content).

Amazon Fire TV Stick
Amazon Fire TV Stick is another key that connects to the HDMI port of the TV but, unlike Chromecast, has its own remote control and operating system, FireOS, based on Android, which allows you to install real apps inside it.
Among the apps available there is also DAZN, so just turn to the latter to enjoy your favorite content on the TV. If you want to know more about the Amazon Fire TV Stick and how it works, read my guide dedicated to the device.
NOW TV Smart Stick
NOW TV Smart Stick is an HDMI key that allows you to access NOW TV content and other streaming services directly from your TV.
The DAZN app is pre-installed on keys activated after September 3, 2019, while it is available for download on keys activated previously. More info here.
Vedi offers your AmazonVideo game console
If you have a latest generation console, like PS4, For PS4, Xbox One, Xbox One S o Xbox One X, you can also install the DAZN app on the latter and enjoy football matches (as well as all other content offered by the platform) on your home TV.
To install the app, all you have to do is connect your console to the Internet (if you don't know how, I invite you to read my tutorials on PlayStation 4 and Xbox), open the application store and search for DAZN in it. To give a practical example, on PS4 you need to open the PlayStation Store, select the search function (above) and search DAZN. Once you have found the app, you have to select it, press the button Download and wait for its download to be completed.
Once the download is complete, the app becomes available in the section TV and Video of PS4. To access its contents, just start it and log in to your account (or create a new account by pressing the appropriate button on the screen).
Apple TV
As mentioned in the early stages of this tutorial, the Apple TV HD and 4K (those with integrated App Store) allow you to download and install the official DAZN app and access all the contents of the service.
There is also the possibility, for iPhone and iPad owners, to take advantage of the DAZN app for iOS to send content to the TV via the system. AirPlay. To take advantage of the AirPlay system, iPhone / iPad and Apple TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then you need to start the content to be transmitted to the TV in the DAZN app for iOS, press ontransmission icon (the screen with the triangle at the bottom) and select your name Apple TV give the menu to compare.

If you prefer the classic cable connection to wireless systems, you can watch DAZN on your home TV using a very common HDMI cable. All you have to do is connect your computer to the TV via HDMI cable, enable screen mirroring or extending and access DAZN from a browser. The same operation can also be performed from smartphones and tablets, where however adapters are also required, in addition to the HDMI cable, for connection to the TV: in my tutorial on how to connect smartphones to TVs you will find everything explained.
Sky Q
Sky customers who have a decoder Sky Q Platinum o Sky Q Black and have decided to take advantage of the Sky and DAZN offer, they will soon be able to access DAZN content directly from these devices. More details on this are available on the official Sky website and in my tutorial on how Sky Q works.
How to manage the devices associated with DAZN
As previously mentioned, DAZN allows you to associate up to 6 devices per account and to access your content from a maximum of 2 devices at the same time. To manage the devices already associated with your account and possibly remove the superfluous ones (in order to make room for others you intend to use in their place), you must access the management page of your profile.
If you use DAZN from your computer, then connected to the home page of the service, log in to your account (if necessary), click on the item MENU situata in alto a destra e seleciona la voce My Account from the menu that is proposed to you. On the page that opens, log in to your account again (if required), scroll down the screen until you reach the section Session devices, click on the icon basket placed next to the name of the device you want to remove from DAZN and confirm. Easier than that ?!
If you prefer to act as a smartphone or tablet, start the DAZN app, tap the ☰ button (which on Android is at the top left and on iOS at the bottom right), select the item My Account from the menu that opens and proceed to remove the unnecessary devices as described above in the procedure relating to the PC (via browser).
How to cancel DAZN
One of the main differences between DAZN and traditional pay TV services is that the latter has no contractual restrictions or obligations: it is possible cancel or pause your subscription at any time without spending a cent.
If you want to cancel your subscription to DAZN connected, therefore, to the main page of the service, log in to your account (if necessary), click on the item MENU located at the top right and select the option My Account give the menu to compare.
On the next page, log in to your account again (if prompted), go to the section Subscription and click sul pulsating Cancel subscription. Once this is done, indicate the reason why you intend to cancel your subscription to DAZN (eg. I don't have time to watch / Internet too slow, Sport / Event not available or season ended, I don't like the interface o I don't like the commentary, Too expensive) via the drop-down menu, describe the problem for which you are making the cancellation in the appropriate box (if you want) and presses the button Disdetta conferma.
If you want to pause your subscription instead of canceling it, press the cancel button, then click Pause and enter the date you want to restart the subscription.
The game is done! Once you have canceled or paused your DAZN subscription, it will not automatically renew the following month. In the meantime, you will be able to continue to access the contents of the service until the end of the current subscription period.
From smartphones and tablets, you can cancel or pause your DAZN subscription by starting the official app of the service, pressing the ☰ button and selecting the item My Account from the menu that opens. The browser of your device will open (eg. Chrome if you use an Android terminal or Safari if you are using an iPhone or an iPad): log into your DAZN account, scroll down the page that opens and press the button Cancel subscription. At this point, the rest of the steps to be taken are the same as seen on the computer earlier.
If you have set up billing via iTunes (on an iOS device) or the one on Google Play (on an Android device), you have to act differently: on iOS, you need to enter the menu Settings (the gear icon located on the home screen), select the item iTunes Store and App Store from the menu that opens and press on yours Apple ID.
Then choose to view your Apple ID, authenticated using Face ID, Touch ID or password and choose the entry Subscriptions from the menu that is proposed to you. Then select the entry for subscription a DAZN, select the option Cancel subscription from the screen that opens and confirm to deactivate your subscription.
If, on the other hand, you have a device Android and you have set up billing via Google Play Store, to cancel your DAZN subscription, you must open the Play Store (the colored ▶ ︎ symbol found on the home screen or in the screen with the list of all the apps installed on the device), press the ☰ button and select the item Subscriptions give the menu check if you press.
Choose, therefore, the item relating to DAZN, tap on the item Cancel subscription and confirm to unsubscribe from the service. It wasn't difficult, was it?

How to see DAZN well
As widely emphasized in this post, DAZN has been progressively improved and now manages to ensure a smooth and clear streaming on all compatible devices. However, it is necessary to "do one's part", making sure to comply with the technical requirements necessary for the correct use of the contents and putting into practice some precautions, such as those illustrated below.
- Use LAN cable instead of Wi-Fi - if you watch DAZN on your TV or computer, I strongly recommend that you opt for a wired Internet connection (via Ethernet cable), instead of Wi-Fi: in this way, you will be able to make the most of the available bandwidth and avoid the problems of loss of signal and interference typical of wireless networks.
- Avoid network congestion - having too many devices connected to the network, especially if they perform "stressful" activities, such as downloading content from the Internet or online gaming, can degrade the quality of the streaming of a service like DAZN. Before starting the vision of an event on DAZN, therefore, enter the administration panel of your router, check the list of devices connected to the network and make sure that there are no "stressful" activities, such as those described above.
- Update apps and devices - using the latest version of the DAZN app and installing updates of the operating system in use on your device are two things that help ensure a fluid and clear view of the contents offered by the platform.
- Set up your account in advance - another piece of advice I would like to give you is to never reduce yourself at the last moment (ie a few hours from the start of the event of your interest) to activate your DAZN subscription, change your password or payment method. Acting in the right time will avoid any possible risk of losing your favorite team's match!
